Behind the Blog
Hi, I’m Kierste Wade
With more than 20 years of experience, I’ve been sharing ideas for home and family since 2009. I have a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Business, and have worked with many brands including Better Homes & Gardens, Delta Faucet, American Farmhouse Style, Walmart, and HP. I’ve been named a Better Homes & Gardens Stylemaker every year since 2017.
We recently moved from Old Salt Farm, our farmhouse in upstate NY, to North Caroline, where we are building our new home, Cottage on Blackberry Hill. DIY and home decor projects are on repeat, always working on a budget to create a beautiful and functional space for our family of 8. Simplicity and a cottage farmhouse aesthetic are what I love best.
