Simple Farmhouse Summer Table
Simple greenery, crisp white dishes, and mason jar lanterns come together for an easy and gorgeous farmhouse summer table.
I believe in the beauty of simplicity. You don’t need a lot to create a beautiful space, and most often the beauty is found in what isn’t there, just as much as what is there.
Farmhouse Summer Table
When I put together this lovely Farmhouse Summer Table, I decided to focus on greenery, which is my favorite summer decorating accessory. It breathes life into everything else, and makes all the white pop. I clip branches from my own yard, so it also makes it a very inexpensive and convenient way to decorate.

I made the Mason Jar Lanterns, and they literally take about 30 seconds to make. I use them inside and outside, and I use them all year long. But they’re definitely perfect for summer, and they add the perfect touch to my farmhouse summer table.
White dishes are always my favorite, and the scallops are the proverbial icing on the cake. They give it just that little bit extra style, and I adore them.
This tablescape also works outdoors as well, and the mason jar lanterns are even more lovely at night. If you’re hosting a party, or a wedding celebration, this is a gorgeous and simple way to decorate tables.
Chalkboard tags are darling place cards, and I love the way the black contrasts with the white and greenery. I like to use a fine tip chalk marker instead of chalk for more precise writing, and it won’t smudge off.
