I tell you, this is the time I start really craving lemon! Spring, I love you! Lemon is one of my all-time favorite flavors, and while I love it all year, I’m especially excited about it in the spring and all through the summer.
After making Lemon Bread last week, I’m on a mission to try some old favorites and some new potential favorites. I’ve searched and found a few I’m dying to try, and wanted to pass them along to you!
Lemon is perfect in the spring and summer, but I really love it all year round! Most of this collection is sweet, but I did include a couple of savory recipes that looked SO yummy–I can’t wait to try them all!

This first one is an old favorite, and probably the best cake I’ve ever had. It is DIVINE. It’s easy to make, and perfect for home and taking to friends.
