Tuesday night is now Taco Night at our house, voted upon and instituted by my children. They love tacos, and I love that they love them, because they’re pretty easy to put together. We usually have the basic tacos, plus a couple of different recipes they like. But…I think it’s high time we try some new taco night recipes, especially if we are going to have them once a week! I went on the hunt, with a few criteria in mind…kid-friendly, easy to make, and something that could be put together pretty quickly. I’m looking forward to trying each one of them…they all look fabulous!
Shall we start with dessert first? :) YUM!
This recipe is very similar to my Crockpot Salsa Chicken Tacos, but it adds in cream cheese at the end for a creamy version. We will be trying it this way too–great way to change thing up!
My mouth waters just looking at these, and I know will kids will love it. Some will want it sans avocado, but that just means more for me!
I love the thought of using pulled pork in tacos!! Sounds relish!
I grew up in Utah, and one of the best kind of tacos there is Navajo Tacos! I love using Rhodes Rolls to make the scones, but haven’t made them for a very long time…thanks for the reminder, Steph!
Spaghetti + Tacos?? These are two of my kids’ favorites, and I can only imagine their faces when I serve Spaghetti Tacos! I’m intrigued, for sure!
I’ve never tried this, but it’s up high on my list. With six kids, making individual tacos takes forever, and I usually don’t get to eat for awhile. Love this idea!
I love this layered taco spinoff!
We love having breakfast for dinner, so a breakfast taco sounds perfect for Taco Night!
Can’t wait until Tuesday!
