Spooky Halloween Floats
Whether we have friends over to our home, or I’m taking treats to party or gathering, or it’s for our own family, I love making simple and yummy treats to celebrate Halloween! Â These adorable Spooky Halloween Floats are SO easy, take just a few minutes to make, and can be served to two or a few!
Aren’t they so cute? I can’t decide which one I like better! Â And floats are so, so simple and yummy!! They’re perfect for any kind of Halloween party or gathering, and if you’re serving a crowd, they’re pretty cost-effective.

I drew on the faces with a Sharpie marker, which is partly why it’s so easy. Â You could definitely cut out faces on your Silhouette if you prefer, but I decided not to on something that would be thrown away. Â Plus, this can be done so quickly that it really cuts down on your prep time, which I’m all about.
Here’s how I put them together…
SUPPLIES:
-whipped cream
-sprinkles
-paper straws
GHOST: Â vanilla ice cream and Sprite
JACK-O-LANTERN: Â orange sherbet and Sprite OR vanilla ice cream and orange soda
DIRECTIONS:
Use a Sharpie to draw ghost and pumpkin faces on the outside of your cup, then fill them accordingly depending on what kind of spooky float you’re making.
For the ghost, I used vanilla ice cream and Sprite, and the jack-o-lantern is orange sherbet and Sprite. Â I love orange sherbet, and I think the orange stands out more, so that’s why I always use it, but you could also do vanilla ice cream and orange soda if you prefer.
I like to top them with whipped cream, and then green sprinkles for the pumpkin and Halloween sprinkles on the ghost. Â Pop in a cute striped straw, and you’re ready to go!Â
