Mason Jar Football Root Beer Floats
We love football at our house, and yummy food goes hand in hand with a good game! I made these darling Mason Jar Football Root Beer Floats, and not only are they perfect for any football game or football party, they’re super easy and adorable too.
I love floats because they’re so easy to tailor for how many people you’re entertaining…make a couple or a bunch!

Mason Jar Football Root Beer Floats
The mason jar football root beer floats are super easy to put together…you only need a pint mason jar (I like the wide mouth for this) and bit of white vinyl for each one. You don’t need a vinyl cutter–just a pair of scissors! You can buy vinyl online, or find it at Michael’s, Hobby Lobby, or possibly a local craft retailer. I like to use the removable vinyl, so when the party is over, I can easily take off the football “laces”, and use the mason jars for something else.
Once you’ve made your jars, you’re ready for a good old-fashioned root beer float! I love French Vanilla or Vanilla Bean ice cream, and A&W Root Beer…YUM.
Happy Game Day! xoxo
