Combine the cream cheese and sugars, mix well. Stir in the vanilla.

Add the Heath Toffee Bits (NOT the chocolate covered ones, just plain toffee bits) and stir until combined.

Serve with sliced apples, graham crackers, cubed pound cake, pretzels, and more.
