Red, White, and Blue Cookies
Yummy sugar sprinkle cookies that are easy to make, and so fun and festive!

Ingredients
- Sugar cooke mix (or favorite sugar cookie dough)
- Red white and blue sprinkles
- Popsicle sticks
Instructions
- Line a cookie sheet with wax paper, and spray with cooking spray.Prepare the sugar cookie mix or your favorite sugar cookie dough according to the directions/recipe. Roll the dough into golf-ball sized balls, then roll them into the sprinkles.Place on the cookie sheet about 3-4 inches apart, and I can usually fit about 6 to a sheet at a time.Poke a popsicle stick into each ball of dough---about halfway through. Use a glass to slightly flatten them.Bake according to the recipe/mix directions.Let cool completely before moving--this is an important step! If you don't, the popsicle will break through the cookie.ENJOY!***You can do this for any holiday, season, or occasion by using different colored sprinkles!
