Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies with only four ingredients and no mixer required! A quick and easy recipe that's popular with everyone.

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with a baking mat or parchment paper.
  • Mix the sugar and peanut butter together, then add baking soda and eggs.
  • Mix well, then stir in the chocolate chips. (I've also used a wooden spoon…no mixer… when I was in a hurry–and It worked great!)
  • Roll the dough into balls and place on the prepared baking sheet, then flatten them just a bit with your fingers. (Option: Roll cookie dough balls in granulated sugar before baking.)
  • Bake for 9-10 minutes, or until the edges are set. Let the cookies cool for a few minutes before removing from cookie sheet.
