Homemade Bread Cubes for Stuffing or Dressing

Simple and easy way to make your own bread cubes for stuffing...takes just minutes and is totally worth it!

Ingredients
 

  • 1 loaf high quality white bread
  • olive oil
  • salt & peper

Instructions

  • 1. Cut bread into 1/2-inch to 2/3 inch cubes.
    2. Line a baking sheet with foil, and evenly spread out the bread cubes.
    3. Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle lightly with salt & pepper.
    4. Bake at 250 degrees for about an hour, until the the cubes are dry and hard to the touch.
    5. Let cool, then store in an airtight container until ready to serve.
