10 DIY Outdoor Planter Ideas

Here in Michigan, spring is on it’s way!  When I was out shopping this weekend, all the potted flowers were calling my name. I haven’t been able to stop thinking about which ones I want to plant this year, and what kind of planter I want to make to present them in. So…I went looking and found DIY outdoor planter ideas, ready to inspire!!!

Washtub Planter

Here’s an idea using an old washtub!  I made it a several years ago, and it’s still one of my favorite things for my back porch. It’s also really versatile–I plant flowers in the spring, then pile it high with pumpkins in the fall.  LOVE.

I love all things polka dot! These are so adorable, and brighten up this space.
