This White Christmas Punch is a festive and refreshing holiday beverage that takes minutes to make, is family-friendly, and will bring the perfect touch to any Christmas party or gathering!

Ingredients

  • 1 liter ginger ale or lemon lime soda
  • 1 liter pineapple juice
  • 1 liter white cranberry juice
  • 10 ounces Cream of Coconut
  • 3-4 T. Karo syrup
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh cranberries and shredded coconut for garnish

Instructions

  • In a gallon pitcher, mix the cranberry juice, pineapple juice, ginger ale, and cream of coconut together. I like to start with all of them being chilled, but you don't have to do that. NOTE: Cream of Coconut is to be added to taste. I like a lot, but I suggest starting with less, and adding more if you prefer!
  • Mix well with a wooden spoon, then pour into your punch bowl or beverage container. Add ice or reusable ice cubes (helps to not dilute the punch), and float cranberries on top. It looks so gorgeous through the glass!
  • To serve, dip the rims of your glasses into Karo syrup, and then into sweetened coconut. Fill glasses with punch, then garnish with sweetened coconut and a few cranberries.
This recipe fits in a 1 gallon container or pitcher. You can easily double it for a 2-gallon beverage container. 1 gallon serves approximately 16, 8-ounce servings.

Notes

**If you're using plastic cups, go for the sturdier ones--it will stick better than the flimsier plastic cups.
