Melt the butter in a glass bowl or other microwave safe bowl. Add the brown sugar, 2 T. half and half, cinnamon, salt, and ground cloves. Microwave until bubbly--about 1-1 1/2 minutes. Add the 1 T. half and half and 1 T. flour, and whisk briskly until well blended. Serve over pancakes, waffles, French toast, or even with sliced applies!
