Mix the first four ingredients together, then stir in the chocolate chips. Spray a 9x9 baking dish (for thicker bars) or a 9x13 baking dish (for thinner bars) with cooking spray, then spread the cookie mix in the dish. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes (9x9) or 10 minutes (9x13), or until lightly browned. We love them served warm with ice cream too!
