In a glass measuring cup, melt the chocolate--stirring every 30 seconds. When it's looking mostly smooth, but with a few chips that aren't quite melted, take it out of the microwave and stir until completely smooth.
Drop the pretzels into the chocolate, using a fork to coat them. Let the extra chocolate drip off, then lay on a piece of wax paper. Add the candy eyes right away, before the chocolate hardens.
Let the dipped pretzels sit until the chocolate hardens.
Notes
I used two cups of melting chocolate, and it made around 2 dozen pretzels. I actually ran out of eyes first, so if you want more than that, make sure to have more eyes!!
