Easy No-Bake Homemade Granola Bites

Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup honey
  • 2 cups peanut butter
  • 5-5 1/2 cups quick oats
  • chocolate chips, coconut, sunflower seeds, nuts, peanut butter chips, any desired mix-ins

Instructions

  • Measure the honey and peanut butter into a large microwaveable bowl.  
  •  Melt the honey and peanut butter together in the microwave for about 30-45 seconds.
  • Gradually add the oats, a cup at a time, stirring until completely combined.
  • Stir in any mix-ins! 
  • Roll into balls, then refrigerate for 30 minutes. You can keep them at room temperature, but they're best kept in the fridge, according to my kids. :) Makes 28-32 balls, depending on size.

Notes

OPTION: You can also cut these into bars if you prefer. Press mixture into a 9x13 baking dish, refrigerate for about 30 minutes, then cut into bars.
