Fonts for a Wedding

If your inspiration comes from Joanna Gaines or Rae Dunn, you’ll love the options this farmhouse collection of fonts will give for all of your wedding style plans.

Fonts for Instagram, Social Media, & Branding

Do you love to design for Instagram? These fonts are full of farmhouse style perfect for text in social media posts, reels, and video. Creating quotes with these fonts  to post or marketing or advertising your brand, or just to share for fun will elevate the design. Use one as the watermark on your photos, or in a logo on your website or in print.

Downloading and Purchasing Fonts

Most of the fonts I have are free, but sometimes I do like to purchase them if I really love them, or if I need to be able to use them beyond a personal use. I either know I’ll use them frequently, or it’s for a project or design that’s worth the investment. Then I have them even after that too! The fonts in this collection are mostly ones that are not free, but are under $15. There are two free fonts as well…The Skinny and Special Elite.

If you plan to use the fonts for anything other than personal use, for any project that would be considered commercial use, you need to make sure you purchase the necessary license to do so. Most fonts will offer a couple of different options for licensing, so read about it closely. Commercial print and digital license would be for anything you plan to sell or earn from, including logos, blog design, free printables offered on a blog, Etsy sales.

Best Farmhouse Style Fonts

Included in this curated collection is a typeface for everyone! Serif fonts, with several that include additional swashes, ornaments, glyphs, ligatures, stylistic alternates and alternate characters. A really gorgeous handwritten script font is always on my go-to list, and you’ll find that on this list. A couple of them also have a more farmhouse modern look.

I often use all lowercase when designing for print, but some of these have the best capital letters that I’ve incorporated them a lot more! If you’re looking for a foundation of farmhouse fonts that offer a range of options, this list is for you!

Heritage (Gingham)

Voster (Gather)

Hanley Script (Homemade)

Hanley Monoline (Farmhouse)

Hanley Sans (Barn)

The Skinny Bold (Shiplap)

Cottage & Farmhouse (Cottage and Doodles)

Special Elite (Vintage)

When pairing font-styles, I will often use a scripted font and a plain font. Here are even more of my favorite font combinations…many of them also perfect farmhouse fonts!
